A permutation of the cortical celestial cerebrum, that
an open eye like open lip is invitation cerebellum crawl
Into seeing the I not as the self
personhood as fleeting sonar
timelessness stares back into bone, blood under fingernails and red, red dirt stuck in between teeth
you pull planets from your throat and name them universe
but what of the darknesses flicking over tongues, the disquiet heavy with saliva
A rabid desire for more, a ravenous feral crow
as above, so below
a primal hypnotism,
a mellifluous, viscous bitter on tongue
like deep cobalt and violent crimson
the second circle of hell and the demons
in purpling vein
WHAT ARE YOU HIDING FROM YOURSELF?
Did you know the Dead Sea is a murderess?
If I superimpose myself into this landscape, will I find the nowness in breath I am searching for?
this movement is blood orange, violent violet, palp
able
It is late and that
velveteen
darkness envelops
the sky opens its midnight mouth and swallows you whole, mouth blue and volatile
can you make it to the other side?
